When you think about the end of your life, what will be your biggest regret?

Kind of in a dark mood. I know it's obviously too early to think about this for most of us, but humor me with a hypothetical. Out of all the possible outcomes, which of the poll options WOULD be your biggest regret if it were true? Which is more important to you?

To be honest, not too long ago I was sad that I'd miss out on a whole lot of things. I would be gone and the world would keep spinning. I'd miss cool advances in technology, new installments in my favorite franchises (I'll be dead before any 100th anniversary celebration of a game I care about, those I'm sure will be BIG), or new things that I MIGHT have liked had I been around to see them.

But thinking more on it, there's so much to the world right NOW. I will be most sad at the end of my life if I didn't experience all that I could. Which is why I plan on working as hard as I can to be successful and well, see as much as I can see, learn as much as I can learn. I don't want to die having never left my home country, at least.

My biggest concern is the financial well being of my family after I'm gone. 

My biggest regret is the time I wasted as a young person screwing off.

And overall not living my life to the fullest.  It's easy to say but doing it is a different matter.

Probably this because i can't think of any.

The first option, assuming I have found love by then.

Not deleting my internet history 

I would regret all of them but maybe the first one a little more.

And not necessarily about advances in the next 50 years. Someday in the very distant future humanity will achieve space travel and make its first steps towards space exploration and colonization. But I won' t be there to witness it...

At this point I could die without any regrets. I knew what love was and all of that. I could go any day now and it wouldn't bother me. I am not suicidal I just look forward to the next life.

I have no idea, hopefully I don't have to think about that for a while.

I don't have anything to regret right now and I hope that doesn't change.

Id say for me, missing out on what the future will hold as it advances. I feel humanity is going to achieve things we can't even imagine doing in present day by 2100 as we progress faster and faster each day, sadly predicting I die of old age Id only live to about the 2070s or maybe 2080s. But this is only by chance if we havent already killed ourselves off by then, you never know!

Hopefully, I won't have any.

But, if I ever truely hurt someone, that would probably be it.

screw the future, all i want is feeling alive which is dependant on experiencing more.

why do you assume that you wil regret something?

I think i wont regret any of what you listed above because I already gave up on all that stuff.
