At the bank, amusement park, or other line-providing locations...do you intentionally try to think of a song to pass the time?

Personally, I go with this little gem when waiting to get to my destination.

Nah. I usually have my PSP1000 which is loaded with videos.

same here, odds are its a song from any of the final fantasies

When I am in line I try to estimate the time I will get served by taking into consideration the number or people ahead of me and the average time it takes someone to get to the booth or teller, etc., and the average time a person takes to complete their transaction. I do all these microcalculations in my head until it is my turn.

i always find a way to skip the line

I cut the cheese and act like it was the guy in front of me.

People watching for me. Although I think the scene in "Full Monty" where hot stuff is on the radio when they are waiting in the cue is priceless.

Yeah I usually play songs in my head to pass time in school and when im in line ups. People usually interrupt me halfway through though.

I just about always have a song running though my mind. While useful when waiting in a line, it can be problematic at times.

No need, I just use my iPod.

What I do in line depends on who Im with. I sometimes people watch, play I Spy (lol), or just chat with my friends. :)

If you dont ever wait in lines, it must be hard buying things or going on holiday from an Airport!

Give me tips on how you manage it, as I hate lines!

I stare at any nearby hawt girls. If no hawt girls are present, I play a song in my head.

Nope... I just critisize people around me in my head. Too short... Ugh, ugly... Oh that *** is soooo fat... etc. Sometimes I try to figure out what animal does a person in front of me look like the most. You have to try it, it's fun.

Well when I'm at the bank I just looking at all of the fine ladies. Wells Fargo only seems to hire hot chicks.

I don't imagen music. I sing it outloud.

I tend to go through phases of thinking of one song for a while, then another. No system to it or anything, that's just how my head works I guess. Usually something with a good beat like "Shortest Straw" by Metallica.

Either that or I start judging the other people stood in the line.
