I watch Scrubs, Heroes, Prison Break, House, Nip/Tuck, It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia, Myth Busters, Man vs Wild, Survivor Man... a few others here and there. I consider all of them good, but then again, quality is an opinion, so your results may vary. :P
Haven't heard of either show you mentioned. But here in the UK there are only two programs worth watching atm :( But at least they're probably the two best shows ever :D Top Gear and Shameless

Yeah... That's why I don't watch TV anymore. I mean, I miss the days of Pokemon, Seinfeld, and Dragon Ball Z... That was the 90s. The 90s were the peak of entertainment television... I'm completley DVD dependent now. It's pretty good. Don't have to pay for cable or satellite. I'll just buy a season of anime, or a movie, or an HBO exclusive... Something... But other than that, all I use my TV for nowadays is videogames.
I get my news from teh internets, in case you were wondering. Better than having CNN tell me the same story over and over and over...
