Batman: gadgets, playboy billionaire, mad skills. Superman: laser eyes, invulnerability. Batman wins for me because he has more interesting enemies and is more interesting overall because he's not invulnerable.

Because you don't think he's better doesn't mean other people don't Anyway, i'm going with Superman, i prefer that character more but they are both great, and i'm pretty sure that if Batman can defeat Superman, he can defeat Spider-Man. Hell Robin could probably beat Spider-Man...

I'm pretty sure bullets and such are Batman weakness. True Superman has a only a few weaknesses but they all count.
