Which band do you like better, Nine Inch Nails or Jane's Addiction?

I saw their show a few weeks ago, and was suprised that NIN opened for JA. I thought NIN was way more popular, but there seemed to be more people there when JA started playing. IMO, JA should be opening for NIN. Me and my friends kind of though JA sucked live, but from comments I've been reading online everyone is saying JA blew NIN away live, I didn't know they had so many fans. Anyone else been to the tour?

JA made me disrepect them because the lead singer went on a political rant about legalizing all drugs, public sex, and said some other dumb stuff and told everyone to write to obama to tell him to legalize marijuana. Then he was like "only 1% doesn't love america now that obama is president! If you don't love america you're ****ed up in the head!"

Nine Inch Nails for me. On the grounds of not really listening to Jane's Addiction much at all.

Im not a fan of either, but Jane's Addiction is anything but good.

NIN by far. JA has only like, three albums and they're all pretty similar. That alone makes NIN better, imo.

I just saw NIN/JA on Friday and while Jane's Addiction were very entertaining and had much more energy than Trent, I'd still say Nine Inch Nails. And I was also surprised that Nine Inch Nails went on first.

Im sad, only person that voted for JA.

I don't really like either bands at all. But, I'd go with NIN. There are a couple decent songs from them.

With Teeth is probably NINs most accessible album. If you liked The Hand That Feeds you'd probably like most of Year Zero(album).

The Fragile is the best though.
