Which band has the worst fans?

IMO, Tool :D

EDIT: Mainly because they hold the band on some unreachable pedestal and don't understand why other people don't like the band. To the, all other music is below Tool. I'm not talking about all their fans, just the hardcore ones.

have to second the dragonforce opinion. Many of their fans consider their guitarists gods and their music completely groundbreaking and original. Hate to break it to you DF fans, but Li and Totman are proven cheaters and all of their songs sound to same. Not to mention, Power quest created the sound they are knwon for, before dragonforce did.cousin_eddy

Metallica fans without a doubt. If you even mention that you don't like Metallica, people start freaking out and saying you're an idiot. Annoys the hell out of me.

What makes us DF fans so bad? We enjoy listening to music that has a high amount of studio trickery involved in it, so what? I don't go around saying "DragonForce r teh best band evah, der r no other bandzz!!!!" However, when it comes to certain bands (like Tool, as mentioned above) they have fans that go around bashing other music 'cause it's not Tool. I don't try to force DragonForce upon people :lol: like Tool fans seem to do... I just listen to it for myself.

And yes I acknowledge that Power Quest are the original incarnation of DF, but those guys chose to leave the band, and PQ became another underground Power Metal band, however good they are.

and as a genre I would saynorthern european metal in general people always ask me at school, oh do you like (insert name of metal band that has to do with beating someone witha club and slaying a beast) and I say no, or I haven't heard anything by them and they say you don't know anything about metal, I just wanna slap them since I played in a metal band, Fans like that make me not like the genre much.
