probably a PS3 because it would be the most difficult to do so, so I could smash it for a longer duration. The Wii would just explode on impact and the 360 would probably be somewhere in between those two extremes.

id hit the wii because i know it could take it. nintendo makes rugged consoles. ive heard lots of horror stories about a wiimote hitting a tv and the tv breaking, but never one were the wiimote breaks. im pretty sure nintendo sneaks some titanium in their products.
If my 360 broke I would love to smash it (after removing the hard drive ;)). But I would love to smash a Wii or better yet just step on it cause it's so small. Last I would smash the PS3 and then to finish it off I run over it with a combine.
