There is no way to judge... What are you going by? Hot women per not hot women ratio? The top 5 best looking women? Most hot women? Etc.. this is a stupid question.

Nahh, I've always heard Brazil has the hottest women. I've had a few guys visit there and they raved about how hot they were. And Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrosio are products of Brazil, I think that's evidence enough. :P
I've been to a ton of different countries, and I think Dubai and Australia have the most beautiful women. Although Dubai I suspect most of them were just tourists, but still.
2-) Definitely Japan and Latin america, except Puerto Rico and Nicaragua.

Why not PR? I have been there plenty of tiems and i saw MANY girls that looked beautiful at the beach and at the mall and the good thing about PR girls is that they comes in all different colors due to the intense mixed populations including Europeans, Asian, Tahinos,and Africans.

You know, everyone does have their own taste in what is "amazing" in women. Hm...I'm not exactly sure what country I'd pick for this one, since I haven't exactly travelled and oogled common folk.
