I'd say Guilermo(w.e)del Toro.

I feel the best possible LoZ movie would have to involve Tommy Wiseu in directing, writing, and acting roles.
[QUOTE="Shottayouth13-"]Chris Nolan.DeadMan1290Beat me to it. Just seeing what he did with Batman, he'd definitely do justice to Zelda.

There's not really much depth to the story of Zelda games, it would translate pretty poorly in a film.

this, i dont see how it could make a worthwhile movie.
The story would come from the adventure...There's not really much depth to the story of Zelda games, it would translate pretty poorly in a film.

Michael BayOverlord93
If Michael Bay directed it Link would just start out with the bomb bag and not have to find it.
That's who came to mind instantly when I saw the topic.I'd say Guilermo(w.e)del Toro.

I think the main character needs to have an actual voice actor in the game before a movie can honestly be discussed. For movies you gotta have a main character with a personality and a voice, and as long as Link remains a reflection of ourselves (we the gamers that is) making it to the big screen just isn't in the cards unfortunately.
