Family guy is awesome too and it's not without its charm, but The Simpsons is pretty unbeatable. That Homer is probably the greatest TV character of all time.
futurama of course, simpsons is old and it never seems to change much between episodes, family guy is OK but not as good as futurama, and south park just ain't that funny
New episodes of the Simpsons are some of the stupidest piles of garbage imaginable, the movie will be no different, I'm sure of it. Old episodes are amazing though. I picked South Park, because it's been consistantly funny for 10.5 seasons.
