I'm not sure about which one to use, my friend recommended gamehuddle to me but i'm not sure, i dont really want to pay a subscription to rent a single game at a time from gamefly though! :/ If anyone can help me that'd be great! ^_^ here are the websites http://www.gamehuddle.com/ and http://www.gamefly.com/

Think of it this way: how much would it cost you to rent a single game from Blockbuster (or similar outlet) for only a few days? And, honestly speaking, I won't look for Game Huddle to last. I know I certainly wouldn't be willing to loan my games out to a complete stranger on the other side of the country.

depends on how much time you have and how short the game atleast with blockbuster you have a preety good chance at getting what you want gamefly you miss the rental you have to wait atleast a month for a new game before you can rent (im still waiting to rent enslaved) and it takes over a week to send back and get a game(atleast for me when they said they shipped the game monday i got it friday)

Gamefly has it's issues there no doubt. I just don't find the "don't want to pay a subscription to rent a single game" to be a compelling argument in light of the alternatives.

well its a preety big ripoff if your only renting one game in my opinion the 2 deal plan is a much better value

That may be, but that is ultimately the choice of the customer. Personally speaking I use Gamefly off and on. I know it's going to be awhile before new games I want to rent are avalible enough for me (I only use the 1-at-a-time option, and I'm convinced they give priority to higher tiered members). So I'll subscribe for two or three months then cancel and wait a few months for games I want to play to "build up".

I tried out Gamefly for a few months. There are a few problems with it. It's around $17 for just a single game. On top of that, it takes around 3-4 to even receive that game after you order it (It's not like Netflix where you receive a movie just the next day). Of course, they have to have the game in stock (they have a very limited supply on new games). What annoyed me is that, even with a subscription, they send you ads in the mail and on their website. I wouldn't recommend it.

i'd still rather not get ripped off from gamefly, i mean gamehuddle does look promising :/ and well blockbuster is going out of business and there are so few red box machines that actually have video games right now! i think i'm gonna try gamehuddle first cause its fairly cheap, i think that's because you can rent your own games out to people to make money idk

well then that depends where you live. i live in a big city so when i send a game back it only takes 2 days after the day i sent it to get a new one back and i always get the game i ask for. even new releases. im getting Marvel vs Capcom 3 on wed. no problem.

the trick for gamefly is to have nothing on your queue except for the game you want so that they ship that to you, if its low in stock yea it might takes a day or two to get it though. as for new games if you have your queue empty except for the game thats coming out on the monday before it comes out you usually get it. i've always gotten a new release that i want by doing this

simple. - if you want no subscription fees, and to "pay as you go" and only pay when you can get the games you want, go to gamehuddle.
