Which Is The Best Way To Fight Fear?!

mmm think of somebody has already overcame it even if they are a fictonal character and besides.....humans are scared of what they cant understand so if you understand something like lets say if you saw a alien in your closet afterawhile you would get used to it and if it spoke to you and told you why it was there you wouldnt be as scared.

Same goes for people hating on other people or dog hating on cat....one human hates another human because the other person is diffrent.

Very confusing if you ask me

The ONLY thing I fear is reincarnation. I've seen death, chaos , angst, agony, despair, horror, and attrocity all in the same day. Somehow being punched doesnt do it for me any more.

Or because I somehow have a much deeper understanding of life itself?

Oh I know, It's because I value little things in life and enjoy every waking minute of it now. Right?
