I can see the cloaking device being functional eventually. Time travel and teleportation just seem physically impossible regardless of scientific advancements.

One could potentially say that "cloaking technology already exists". It just hasn't gone so far as to look likethe stuff out of science fiction movies.
Similarly, teleportation exists. Quantum teleportation has been demonstrated. But again, it'sa not like teleportation in the movies, and only works on a sub-atomic scale.
Time travel? I don't know, but I'm sort of skeptical about progress in that area (that is, aside from Einstein's Relativity theories, which were provn by empirical data, which PROVED that time travel to the future is possible). Time travel into the future is pretty much fact. Time travel into the past? I'm not so sure about that.
Teleportation, if it were possible, could be highly dangerous to a lifeform.
Think about what is unseen, such as the intricacies of a DNA strand. No teleporter could ensure a complete copy of DNA in its entirety.
Cloaking but Id prefer time-travel if I had a choice. Could happen I guess...maybe, I dont know I hope :P

Well cloaking is feasible in certain forms. Teleportation and time travel have their issues of course.
Personal cloaking device; it might not be perfect, but I think the US army was working on one for their tanks.Mochyc:| Why would a tank need a cloaking device? Do you have a news source for that bit of information?
Near future: Invisablility. Scientists have already defied the laws of optics by bending light using metamaterials.
The other two would be harder to accomplish, but not impossible. Science is always about proving knowntheories wrong and reworking them.
