Not sure which would be more useful. Depends on the industry you're going into. I personally found Korean interesting (I think the symbols are easier to learn and understand), but that's just me.

I'm sure he was. But mandarin Chinese is the way to go because the west does a ton of business with the Chinese and Mandarin is the most spoken Chinese dialect.

lol do you know how small Britain is? We could take them out anytime if we wanted to. And France.
honestly all those languages are equally useless because you're not going to learn them at a high enough level. You'll take them for 2 or 4 years learning a few phrases but probably be far from ever being able to hold a decent conversation let alone be useful as a bi-lingual employee. Yet each of those countries has plenty of bi-lingual students that have had 10+ years of English at least, and probably plenty of them can speak both languages better than you.
Learn the one that you are most interested in instead of the one you think will be most useful because basically you already know the most useful language on the planet.
what do you plan on doing that you think learning one of those languages would be useful? It would take a long time for you to becoem fluent in any language, so i dont see any of the mentioned language being all that useful.
Japanese would be very useful if you are a fan of visual novels. I like Spanish though because I have visited Spain many times and absolutely love their food.
