Which TV show had the best pilot ever?

I agree 100%. After the X-files pilot, I was addicted, and X-files season finales were always a sight to behold...well until Requiem, because the last 2 season finales after that just sucked (as did the seasons themselves)

I hate friends with extreme passion. To me friends is like Titanic. Very few people will admit to liking it now, but for some reason it made millions. And just like Titanic, the actors became victims of their success. Ever wonder why Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet's careers just sorta dissapeared for a while after Titanic? Its because the movie was so big, that they got cemented into their characters. They couldnt shake off Titanic. Luckily they managed too, but it took a while.

Same goes for Friends, It was so popular (you can thank the middlec-l-a-s-s white female demographic for that :evil: ) that the characters got cemented into their roles. After the show ended, the friend's stars are sorta having a hard time. Joey had his ill advised show, and While Jennifer Anniston is the best off, her movie career is a little dodgey. They still give her roles, but she is still in the large shadow cast by Friends. Its no like Leonardo DiCaprio, who stepped out of Titanic's shadow and now gets roles based on his acting talent rather than his "hey isnt that the guy from Titanic!?" fame.

I would say Scrubs but I also liked it for Chuck because both set up the story for the Series really great.

Because for Scrubs it was JD's first day as an intern. For Chuck Bryce Larkin who was the Title Characters roommate at Stanford stole government secrets and emailed them to Chuck who answered the email and all of the secrets downloaded into his brain.

Well also because these are my two favorite Live-action series.
