it doensnt sound right, if you want to ask that question you should say; "Have you bought anything on ebay" or "Who here has bought [stuff] on ebay"

I've never had any problems either. Everyone talking about how they don't use ebay because they're afraid they'll get ripped off needs to stop being so paranoid. It's perfectly safe to buy off eBay as long as you know what to look out for.
