Who do you think the next Batman villain should be?

The Dark Knight kicked ass. That's an undeniable FACT.:P

So, what villain combo do you vote for the 3rd movie in the series?

I personally want a Riddler/Penguin Combo.

Riddler is a compulsive narcassist who leaves clues in his crimes to take credit for them, so the realistic gritty (which is what these new films go for) version of this compulsion could be very interesting. And the Penguin is aristocratic (in the comics atleast), which could make the Bruce Wayne side of Batman more prominent and important to the story arc.

I think there are too many of these goddamn Batman villain threads.

Mr. Freeze's story would follow the dark flow of the movies well. Though I admit with how much they've been tryingto stick to scientifically possible side of things, it would be hard to explain a gun that freezes things.

Riddler I like but he's kinda silly and doesn't follow the dark flow well. I guess penguin is the closest I could think of to a fitting next villian. By the way, not only is catwoman lame but she also hardly qualifies as a villian.

Don't be fooled by Jim Carey. Riddler is actually not that silly at all. As I said, he is a compulsive narrcisist. A real-life comparison of him would be a serial killer that puts clues in his kills tracing them back to him.

The great thing about Heath's Joker is that he's not actually clown-like, he's more of a psychopath. So if Riddler was just done for realistically, it could work.

Oh, I'm not fool'd by him at all, I know his story. Same way I know what Mr. Freeze is after the abomidation that was Arnold Schwarzenegger made of him. Though riddler's story never is too consistent.

But I would have to say Mr. Freeze. :P That would be the most epic of Batman villains knowing his unusual freaky condition and his desperation to do whatever it takes. No doubt, that would make for a great story. And while Riddler would be an obvious road to take, it would feel almost like Joker again.

no angelina just expressed that she would really like to play catwoman, which would be an absolute piece of garbage.

in regards to the question i would like the riddler to be in the next movie as long as he isn't played too similarly to the joker. mr. freeze and poison ivy would also be fun.

Bane would be awesome if he was done right.

His proper origin is a very compelling story, and if the film focused more on Banes dark and horrific past, it could be a very philisophical film and would be awesome.

It would be good if he had a more personal connection to Batman, like Batman's father and Bane;s father having a connection somehow.

imo, Johnny Depp is the only actor who could take up the Joker roll since Ledger died

Maybe they could make Robin the villian, starting the story off with Robin trying to imitate Batman's heroics and just ends up blowing it causing Robin to rebel against good all together and ends up hating Batman cause he'll never be Batman. Carnage ensues and ..........

maybe, cause I would still love to see Robin killed off for retribution due to those awful performances of Chris Odonnell. I hate that guy.

I agree, Scarecrow was my favorite Batman villain. But he just can't come back...[spoiler] They completely turn him into nothing more than a common thug in TDK and send him to jail, you see him on the boat that the Joker has a bomb on. Worst mistake they could have done with that character in my opinion. [/spoiler]
