I personally love the cold, and when I mean cold I mean mid twentys to mid thirtys, ill be walkin bout 3/4 of a mile to school in a t-shirt when its 29 degrees out cause it feels very refreshing to be in chilly weather when most of my friends are wearing like 3 coats and complain they're still cold. I'm not the only one am I?

I don't mind it being cold if it's going to snow but when it isn't snowing, I want it gone.

TC... That isn't exactly cold in my opinion. Why not try the mid twenties to mid thirties on the negative side of the scale? :P

Personally I don't mind it, but now it has been really cold for 4 months and I am tired of it.

I love it, as long as it isn't one of those extremely dry cold weather spells I have way to much where I live.

TC... have you ever experienced -40F before windchill? If not, then you have no idea what "cold" is. I've been living in Winnipeg basically my entire life (lived outside the city in a town for a few years early on) and have had to suffer through winters every single year where the average temperature is -20C to -30C without the windchill, and with sometimes where it drops to -35C to -40C (-40F) without the windchill in February (like it has done over the past couple weeks)... and I'm getting sick of it. I can easily endure it, but I prefer warming weather (the spring particularily) and want to move somewhere where it never goes below 10C at any point during the year.

29F isn't "cold." It isn't anywhere close.

I don't like it that cold. 40s-50s are ok. I love sleeping with my window open when it gets that cold. Living in Florida though, it doesn't get cold very often.

Considering the fact that I live in a desert enviroment which recieve little rainfall per year and no snow at all with extreme heat in summer... I have to say, I love the cold. I love it so much.

Yes I do. Growing up and living in North Dakota where it is winter for half of the year and rarely gets above 0 F in the month of January, you just get used to it. I'd rather be cold than warm.

I always liked chilly weather until I joined the Army. Then i realized why cavemen were cavemen: They went into caves to get away from the great outdoors, 'cause the great outdoors sucks. Cold is only fun when you get to play in it. (I love skiing.) It is not fun when you have to live in it.

I like the cold too. Mind you, not negative 30 like it sometimes is in the northern tier states, but I feel better when I'm cold.

Norway... 14 degrees isn't so bad, now what foxhound talks about, that is cold.

That is cold. I've experienced it a few times, both with and without the windchill.

I absolutely hate it, last Tuesday it was below freezing, windy, with the sun down at rugby practice and all I had was a compression long-sleeve.

I love the cold, it encourages napping in a well insulated bed.

well where i lve cold is considered -5 -10c. in a recent cold spell we got down to -18c in parts which was a new record here. so thats not really extreme compared to colder countries. but i do like the weather to be below 10c during the day and at -2 or so at night. not the coldest but not summer weather either.

I like it when its cold and dry more than cold and wet since when it wet the water will freeze and you will slip, fall, and break your face
