I'll move with you since you clearly know what will happen in the future. I need money to get there, though. Do you know this week's lottery numbers too?Conanfan1
My situation is a likely hypothetical not a fact, and I assume it to be as such and nothing more. I wish I could tell you the lottery numbers lol.

Oh, well I guess I'll stay here. America may have it's flaws, but I sure as hell wouldn't want to live anywhere else.If Hillary Clinton gets the democraticnomination I've decided to move to Canada after I finish Grad School. I personally wouldn't care if either McCain or her gets the nomination in November because either way, we're all $#%@ed! Clinton is a puppet and a corrupt leader and McCain is a war-crazed lunatic. With Clinton nothing will change and somethings will get worse because they will get neglected and with McCain you can count on WWIII. But I can only hope that neither of these situations occur, but if they do, I will gladly take my talents to a much more civilized place.Shenmue_Jehuty
Is someone else gonna tell him that Canada is as socialist as Clinton and thats where she got her ideas, or should I? Go to theland down under if you want freedom from her political views.
Enjoy your trip. It's a nice place, but I wouldn't choose it over the US. Besides, on the small chance she does win, it'll only be for four years.blackngold29
Even if she is elected for only four years, the damage will have been done and we will be just that much more hurt by another horrible leader. Besides, the fickle American voter will probably just vote in the next appealing name in politics in the following election. I know I soundcynical but can you really blame me for the horrible leadership this country has had for almost 20 od years.

Do you honestly think she will enforce any of her "Socialist" policies and ideas? She wont because the very industries(healthcare, oil, defense, Rx) that she claims to want to change so much are the main people who have given her money over the past decade. They want her to be president because they know she will do nothing but allow them to be powerful and independent because they are each providing her with a big paycheck. I welcome a true "socialist" country like Canada. Everything seems to be better there anyways.

The most I can do is vote for the best canidate: John McCain. (It was Huckabee, but not after tonight) I'm not gonna move because I don't like the president. I didn't like Kordell Stewart as the Steelers quarterback, but I'm still a fan.If Hillary Clinton gets the democraticnomination I've decided to move to Canada after I finish Grad School. I'm Canadian. Just so you know, most Canadians favour Clinton.

I know a couple Canadians who would vote for Mccain, im Canadian (Alberta) and i say Gobama. If McCain is elected then there will be a draft.
If Hilliary is elected, well Bill is back in the White House.
Come on, America isn't in THAT bad of shape. I would like to see Clinton become president because Bill Clinton helped our nation out greatly, and Hillary is basically a Bill with make-up. McCain is too militarian (if that isn't a word, I just made it one) but could still end up being a good president. If Obama gets elected, I am going to jump over the border into Mexico.
It is actually funny that you bring Canada up. I am actually planning on moving there once I finish college. It is not only because of the government though. I just do not like the hostility your average Joe living over here posseses. I just love the friendliness of the Canadian People.
McCain has never said a damn thing about bringing back the draft. You do realize that only about 140,000 of our troops are in Iraq, and that we have a reserve of almost 3 million (including all branches of the military and their reserves)? If McCain is elected then there will be a draft.

It's too expensive over here, I don't think you'd want to...especially as it is nearly $2 to the British pound at the moment, you won't get much for your money.
I'm planning on moving back to the States when I can...I'm just not sure I want to if she gets into office...I'd prefer Obama in one way, but I'm a Republican and will always vote either Republican or add a name in for the fun of it (I haven't voted Democrat and don't plan on it, the first Clinton put me off).
