They used to have all this cool programming, (its been YEARS so I cant remember the titles specifically), it was quite creative, but now all I see are shows about Dogs. Dogs this, Dogs that, like they are obsessed with Dogs now.

Infested is good. And I enjoy Finding Bigfoot even though it's probably a load of BS.

He was a legend.

His hyperactive nature and clear love for animals was just pure entertainment.

"Crikey, you got to watch out for these fella's! Give them an inch, and they'll bite your leg right off!"

Every sentance he said was amazing!

I always thought that Animal Planet sort of sucked. Every once in a while they'd have a cool documentary or something, but most of its content was pretty much always just fluff.

Do they even call it "The Learning Channel" any more? Sort of like how KFC no longer uses the words "Kentucky Fried Chicken", it's been years since I've seen TLC refer to itself as "The Learning Channel".

Most of these educational and documentary channels have reinvented themselves in ways I am not fond of, but they aren't the only ones doing it. It's become the trend. Some of them change completely, like Discovery Health becoming Oprah's thing, or SciFi becoming SyFy. I find myself preferring the old stuff to the new.
