I usually have a hard time going to sleep and staying asleep,
Mostly due to the uncontrollable thinking that goes on in my brain for no reason.

Me. I just don't get tired when I'm on the computer. So I end up getting my beauty sleep at school.

Sometimes falling asleep.
I have a hard time sleeping in...mainly because the smallest amount of daylight wakes me up:( If I covered my window with cardboard or something black...it would make my room totally dark and then I could sleep an entire day, no problem:lol:

No, I have the exact opposite problem, I am always sleeping. Like I cant get enough of it, I am always tired...but I digress and I am not at all surprised when I get 6 hours of sleep and go to school for 8 hours a day and then do 2-3 hours of homework.

actually the uncontrollable thinking that goes on in my head helps me get to sleep faster. You just got to find certain "trigger" subjects to think about while your trying to go to sleep. They vary for me, but once you start to find them out, you'll find yourself falling asleep quite fast.

There are rare occasions where I can't get to sleep, but those are very few and far between. Once I'm asleep I don't have problems staying asleep.

I have the same problem.

And I suffer for it and regret it in the morning.

I basically have to pass out of being so tired in order to fall asleep.

Ok, say it is 10 pm. I go to bed. I am not asleep yet. At lets say 11Pm I go to sleep. i don't understand why I can't go to sleep super fast. it's really inconvenient.

EDIT: Oh, I guess a lot of people can't go to sleep fast. And TC yeah I probably cant go to sleep fast either since I think for no reason.

I have a lot of problems with sleeping. It takes me forever to fall asleep and once I do, the sleep isn't very deep.

I just don't like sleeping, and that's what seems to be the deal with me. I think it's the thought always going through my head "Man, why does the day have to end? There has to at least be something on tv before I have to end the day". Plus the fact that nothing spectacular really goes on and there's nothing to anticipate...

I also have a little bit of that problem of uncontrollable thinking. I can't stop thinking about how much I'll resent the next day to wake up to, and it's hard to finally start the part where you start sleaping since there's so much distraction.

During workdays and whatnot I seem to be able to sleep forever. However, when I can sleep for as long as I want, I usually wake up around 7am and am unable to fall back to sleep..

I do, sometimes i know i won't even fall asleep so i gear up for the all nighter, play some games then drink some red bull in the morning and make it through the day, even if i feel a little "off" :? It really sucks because if i screw up my sleeping schedule sometimes i can get migraines....
