I haven't this past semester, and I've felt lousy. When I work out, I feel better most of the time. When I get back to college, I'll definitely be hitting up the gym again. I'm overweight, and I'm tired of it. It's part of my New Year's resolution list (again, lol). I haven't been feeling good (like exhausted with my life), and back when I was working out three times a week, I felt good and my muscles were somewhat impressive.
In short, yes, though I haven't lately, and I will be starting again in the middle of January...
No, not at all. The last time I exercised, my arms hurt for a week. I heard that this was because cracks form in your muscles as a result of intense exercise. Wow, I'll never exercise again. Exercise is HARMFUL TO THE HUMAN BODY.Video_Game_King
...that's the process by which the body gets stronger. Muscle fibers tear from overwork, and grow stronger when they regenerate.
Me? I don't work out solely for the sake of working out. I only do it to be in top shape for West Point and the Army. But, now that I have experience with proper weightlifting techniques, working out isn't something to fear.
Running, however, I may never "enjoy".
I exercise everyday, running and weightlifting. You should seriously get into it, afterwards you feel really good, and the energy you get for the rest of the day is priceless.AeronauticalYeah it makes me feel a lot better.

Yeah, I hate cardio too. But I have to do it because if I don't, then I will never obtain that insanely ripped body that I dream of. I love lifting weights though. Seeing your muscles get pumped up and feel like they're about to explode out of your skin is a feeling you can't get from anything else.
