Took one of these for the 1st time last week and I felt like I could box a bear..They are essentially B12 shots but still...I was certainly feelin it..anyone else give a thumbs up to these things? My girl says they don't work on her...

I should note that I am a pretty healthy guy who excercises, eats well, and takes a daily multi-vitamin. I also don't drink regular soda or coffee either..soo that may have something to do with it.

I've had them before and they don't do anything for me. I drink "energy drinks" on a regular basis though. However, first time I ever consumed such a beverage I don't recall ever feeling much different.

Good lord. There's not a day of vices I use regularly that costs even 5 dollars a day. I usually get by eating 10 dollars or less in FOOD a day, and that's NECESSARY.

Yeah its pretty lame. $100 a week for a 5 day work week amounts to roughly a $400 a month energy drink habit.

Oh well.

I've never tried them - heard nasty stories about their awful crash and powdery medicine-like taste.

Not huge on energy drinks either - the very supplements they add contribute to ulcers if you drink more than one every couple days. If I need caffeine that badly I'll drink coffee instead, which in daily doses is actually good for you (to a point).
