Who is your favorite baseball team and why?

Baseball isn't that huge in England (not that I know of anyway), so I don't have a favourite team. :P

I once went to a baseball game. It was even more mind-numbingly boring than I had previously anticipated, so in the heat of the moment, in an effort to make the game as enjoyable as possible, I commenced to obtain a bag of peanuts. The highlight of the game, really. I'm not a baseball person, but if I had to choose, whatever New Jersey's team is, if we even have one.
