randy rhoads is not that good a guitarist, except for the solo on Mr. Crowley. Yngwie Malmsteen is probably one of the best, despite his ego, and of course Tom Morello and Hendrix are up there, probably along with Elis Costell (surprisingly good). Slash is too overratedLordDarkstorn

i've been to a few good cocerts, but at the Dallas International Guitar show a few years ago, I saw Phil Keaggy do his accoustic set and that just left me in awe. you couldn't even hear people breathe throughout his sets. he left everyone in pure awe. definitely the best guitarist i've seen. as far as heard, well Hendrix and keaggy are a close tie in my book. don't know who wins out yet lol.
