Jack the Ripper. Also Andrei Chikatilo scares the hell out of me.

EDIT: But then again, there are loads of creepy serial killers. Sometimes it's hard to understand that there are really sick people out there.

I just can't understand what could possibly lead someone to end human life with such callous coldness and then desecrate the bodies so emotionlessly. Or perhaps what I mean specifically (particularly with the Moors Murders) is just how cruel and morally bankrupt these people are. They killed children, people with their whole lives ahead of them, for some sort of sick revenge (or so the psychiatrists claim), as well as adults, causing families to collapse and ruining lives. As stupid as it sounds, it just makes me so god damn furious I would have absolutely no qualms about putting a bullet through their heads, and I'm anti-violence! Jesus, it makes me so mad.

I think that being trapped or killed somewhere like the outback would be 100x scarier that some city or mideast rural area.
