I also think the Presence is the strongest. The Presence is like the One Above All in Marvel comics. Mister Mxyzptlk is also quite Godlike but still not as powerful as the Presence.
In Marvel Comics there is also an infinite source of energy called the Heart of the Universe. This cosmic artifact is capable of surpassing other similar artifacts such as the Infinity Gems and Cosmic Cubes and the cosmic entities including the Living Tribunal.
