What movie made you become a fan and what was it about them that drew you to liking them?

I'm not big on celebrities. Generally I like movies/shows with Peter Weller, Clive Owen, Gary Sinise.
Jack Nicholson- The first movies I saw with him in it were Batman and The Departed, but it was One Flew over the Cuckoos Nest that really made me like him as an actor which led me into watching his other big films The Shining and Chinatown and at that point I knew he was my favorite actor. To me he adds so much to any movie he's in and is always entertaining to watch. Also he perfectly blends being both funny and dramatic, which few actors can do themselves.
Actor- Stuck between Leonardo DiCaprio, Gary Oldman and Ryan Goslin
Actress- Olivia Wilde and Felicia Day, and I feel bad because I pick them more for their attractiveness then their merits.
I really like Ryan Gosling. I grew up watching the guy as Young Hercules and on Breaker High in the 90s, and it's awesome he's getting a lot more recognition now. And I'll watch just about anything with Liam Neeson in it.
Jeremy Renner(28 Weeks Later), Johnathan Rhys Meyers(The Tudors), Henry Cavill(The Tudors), Liam Neeson(everything?), Rachel Weisz(The Mummy), Jennifer Connelly(Blood Diamond), and a few mor I'm too tired to recall.

I haven't seen enough! Just The General (one of my favourite films of all time), Sherlock Jr., the Navigator, and a whole bunch of shorts. Was gonna buy the boxset off Kino International (it's like 150 bucks?), but I need to start being more financially responsible :P.
David Carradine.
He went out like a boss.

But SRSLY:
My favorite actor is Leonardo DiCaprio for his amazing performance in The Aviator, one of my favorite films of all time.
My favorite actress is Rachel Weisz for her performance in The Constant Gardener.

I actually just saw my first Keaton flick a few weeks ago (Sherlock Jr.) and liked it alot. Looking forward to watching more of Keaton's work.
Favorite Actor - Zack Braff (loved him on Scrubs and Garden State)
Favorite Actress - Amy Adams (loved her in Night at the Museum 2, Fighter, and practically every movie she's ever done)

The General. Watch it now! You can find it on YT, but I recommend watching it with Robert Israel's score (which isn't on YT).
But to tide you over, here, watch Keaton's The Scarecrow http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NSOTeYjBwWM
Actor: Ryan Gosling
Actress: Anne Hathaway
There's more, but those are the first two that come to mind that I legitimately like for their acting ability and not just my "crushes"

Alot of his films are on netflix, so i'll most likely watch them there. I have alot of movies on my plate to watch though so it'll probably be awhile until I get to watch another Keaton movie.

You should checkout The Postman Always Rings Twice with him and Jessica Lange. Some nice scenes in that one... For the time they were quite risque. Like when he basically confronts her in the restaurant while the husband is away and they start to screw on the cutting table and show him grab her crotch then she pushes his hand away and does it herself. Good stuff.
