A buddy of mine who lost both of his legs in Iraq and continues to be a great friend, optimistic, cheerful, caring, a good husband, loving father, and surprisingly a talented athlete in running, swimming, climbing and many other sports you'd have thought he'd have to give up. He even spends most of his time touring the country and trying to cheer up and encourage other people who have lost limbs or burned severely.
A. Would be my dad. He grew up in an orphanage until he was 8 or so, then as he got used to his new family they moved to one of the smallest towns in Arkansas and his adopted dad died within a year. He never made excuses, treats everyone with respect, and can't love my mom or siblings anymore than he does. B. would be Muhammad Ali. He stood up for what he believed in, had his career shattered because of it, but never backed down. He has faults like we all do, but has been nothing but class.
