Who makes the best trucks?

All right, as the poll suggests. But! Additional questions to break it down:

Who makes the best full size pick ups? (Ram 1500, F-150, etc.)

Who makes the best mid-size? (Dakota, Canyon, Tacoma, etc.)

Best diesel truck? (Ram 2500/3500, F-250/350, etc.)

Well, I'm stuck between GMC and Dodge Ram (Hemi V-8, of course).

However, if you really want to talk about real trucks, I'd have to say either Peterbilt or Kenworth.:P:lol:

You can get a 625 HP Caterpillar diesel in one of those.:P

Peterbilt gets my vote!

I'm a bit of a GM fanboy, but the F-150 SVT Raptor is the best truck on the market.

1. Ford

2. Chevy/GMC

3. Ram (Not branded as Dodges anymore)

4. Toyota

5. Nissan

6. Mitsubishi (Do they even make the Raider anymore?)

as for midsize, Toyota wins I suppose.

Chevy Silverados are pretty sweet.

I think Ford is still the king with the F-150.

I generally dislike Ford, but they make some of the best, most afforadable, trucks out there

I also like Toyota, though I hate the bodystyle now. A 1986 solid front axle toyota with a V6 is one of my dream vehicles.

Its pretty close between Chevy/GMC, Toyota, and Ford IMO. But I personally would find it closer if Toyota wasnt so overpriced. They dont provide as much power as GMC or Ford, but charge MUCH more. If you need serious power, you'll really only consider Chevy, Dodge, or Ford. but if you want a small truck that gets the job done, Toyota is the best. For Full size trucks I pick GMC though.

Dodge hands down. The Hemi is pure win.

I drive a ford and my dad drives a gmc, as long as its not a dodge i'm okay with it :P
