Who / What do you go to when you have no one to confide in?

Let's say...there is no one that you trust with a problem, there are just people it relates to that it will bother, and then a bunch of other friends that won't understand or you just don't trust. Where do you go?

Also, I have a blog outside of GS, and it's just not helping lately.

Talk to a counselor, a therapist, a complete stranger, go to a website dedicated to the problem, research it and educate yourself about it....or just implode and vent.

Theyre easier to tell things because unlike other friends, they cant be telling your other friends or your parents or something

Depending on the problem, I'll just keep it inside. Bad habit, I suppose.

If it's something I just need to get off my chest, I'll tell it to my dog, lol.

If I desperately need advice, I guess an annoymous forum would be the closest bet. Although a lot of crap comes with that too.

I always have friends/significant others to confide in, but in the off chance that I don't, I usually just talk into a mirror. :P

My besties...
Well one or the other. I used to have a different two last year, and them along with like 3 other people are basically one person, so i really couldn't tell them because telling one would mean 5 know... But now, my new besties know how to stfm.

I confide with myself and/or my journal, or someone I don't know well or at all. One gets a more unbiased or non-slanted view, as opposed to if it were family or friends.

Cry. Go outside, jump around, cause physical pain to myself, cut myself. I only have one friend to go to when I have problems, I barely get to see her though. I dont think she likes to talk to me.

It depends on what the issue is. I'll usually try to take my mind off of it for about an hour and then come back and solve the problem with a clear head.

I just tell them a watered down version of the problem. I hate confining problems, they make me depressed and I just can't function.
