Batman would probably win the first round since he can see through walls so the Box and Octocamo would be useless. Batman would probably make some kind of speach to snake...at which point snake would just shoot him in the face. batman probably has an anti-snake gadget in his utility belt.

Batman, he has his utility belt.

Batman wouldnt kill him but he would own him if it wasnt to the death.

Snake would have Nikita Missles, Sniper Rifles, and even Metal Gear itself. Batman has his utility belt and hand-to-hand skills that surpass CQC. Batman would win, he's just that prepared for guys like Snake.
