Osama easily.

He was actually in the streets fighting, Saddam and George Bush were dudes who stayed inside all day and made executive decisions.

Bush is in good shape though for his age.

He wasn't in the streets fighting, he was hiding in caves. Plus he's the oldest of all of them, I believe.
