Depends on what Master Chief is packin. Samus has a lot of different weapons at her disposal on the fly, whereas the Master only has what he's carrying at the time. Based off of that, I'd say Samus.

Samus. He's got a ton of stuff that beats chief. Chief has guns and shield, that's about it.

there seems to be alot of fanboys from both sides just picking their favorite character. this fight is as unfair as MC vs Solid Snake. Samus is so far ahead in technology and capabilities its not even funny. you can see in the scenes and such in teh Prime games where you see Federation troopers wit hsome basic power armor, and machine guns. Samus was 100x better than them. it would be much the same.

Like I said its like the MC and snake fight, MC is in no way a wimp but he is a enomrous disadvantage.
