ZIDANE, is that spelling right? oh, i don't think many people here watch real FOOTBALL. i don't know why american football is football when only the beginning is a kick.

Going with Robben, due to both being a Dutch fan and the fact he almost singlehandedly dragged us into the final. The almost is for Sneijder, but if I had his missus I'd be a lot more awesome as well.

Well you need to take the entire domestic season into consideration, plus the World Cup. I think it's Lio Messi, even though I'm not a very big fan of his. Arsenal till I die!

Yeah, he's been retired for quite some time now.

On topic, I'd have to give the nod to Messi for overall production this year. However, for consistent quality play, I will go with Pirlo (go ACM!!!!) or Drogba.

Dunga left him off the squad because he tried playing some defensive tactic bs that failed.
