For me it's indisputedly Kid Buu, that guy was friggin awesome! He had style, every other villain was generic!

Kid Buu was just so wicked bad!

I never really caught on to the T.V series of Dragon Ball Z, but I do have Budokai 2 & 3. The best villains I've faced are Cell, he looked cool and sounded awesome! And Majin Buu, he looked crazy and that's about it for him.

Frieza and Cooler= 2 best even though I never saw Cooler fight he jus looks cool. Now btw I do hate DBZ but back in the day it was ok.
