Ok I am a heterosexual male and will answer this with all honesty. I am attracted to women. A woman's body in it's finest form is irresistible. It's like a temple. However, a man's body in it's finest form is like a masterpiece, the pyramids of Egypt. It's a sight to bare witness to, with it's muscular perfection of which a woman's body simply cannot compare. It's also not a simple question to answer. It entirely depends on which men and women we are talking about. An athletic male will surely look better than an obese female and vice versa.

Most guys I know probably couldn't say with any degree of certainty what attracts a woman to any guy, where as just about every woman knows exactly what they have going for them. I would say personaly that Women are more Physicly attractive, where as with a guy, Chicks probably need to look a little deeper

1) circular reasoning, presented insinuated argument pertaining to use of make-up is true by the merit of premise only, premise is however only true by the merit of the presented argument =! 1a + 1b = 1c / 1 + 0 = 1
2) drawing comparative arguments to other races to serve as argument pertaining to this race can only land a true claim if all races are by a natural or at the very least a theoretical law pertaining to nature dictated to follow suit with compared races, which again questions the truth value of your premise since premise can be refuted by any race that does not follow the dictated nature you present, and it can also be questioned if I bring up the argument that you as a human observer utilize questionable aesthetical parameters in your observation of other races since you serve as a metric that can very well be very different to the metrics used by X race in question. I can also choose to present the argument that women are more beautiful than men and by the force of myself and likeminded serve the argument that we are the odd one out, again questioning the truth value of your argument in a valid way.

It takes very little work for a man to make himself look attractive, whereas women have to spend hours on hair and makeup just to look presentable. With that in mind, I'd say men.
