You have a pretty narrow perception of Hip-Hop. It's really diverse even if it is misprepresented. A lot of Hip-Hop fans agree that a lot of it is uncreative and basically morally bankrupt however there's loads which is brilliant but sadly a lot of people it seems can't see past the whole "black person rapping" image. This is why certain artists have had to disguise themselves to gain acceptance from wider white audiences.

Are you sure they just don't fit your taste? Cause honestly, I will argue that Matt Belamy is the best singer around. Matt is also an excellent guitarist, even if he isn't the best. Not to mention that Chris Wolstenholme is one of the best basists around today, and a damn fine keyboardist on top of it.
