Leeroy Jenkins is the hero of every WoW player who isn't a supernerd.
The video is actually a satire on "raid guilds" that take dungeon raiding overly seriously. Leeroy's teammates are making a plan for the next room, being the nerds they are. During all of this, he's AFK. Then, suddenly, he comes back, and he has absolutely no idea what any of them have been talking about. He mindlessly charges in, screaming his name, and gets them all killed.
Moral of the story: One idiot can always screw it up. But don't worry, at least that idiot will have chicken.
It was a staged event from WOW. There was this character called Leeroy Jenkins who charged into a room full of monsters and got his whole party killed. His battle cry was, "Leeeerooooy Jenkins." The guy voicing him tried to make himself sound black but he was not.
