So I've been watching the debates for both parties for some time now, and I just realized something; all the Democratic candidates (with the exception of Kucinich and Gravel) are all exactly the same. They all believe the exact same things. In fact, I believe that the only reason we have the top tier candidates that we do is because one is a woman, one is a minority, and one has name recognition from 2004. It doesn't really matter who you vote for, because you'll get the exact same thing with whoever winds up winning. At the end of the day, the Republican candidates may be equally annoying to me, but at least they're more interesting.

I looked at your sig, and well I decided that this wasn't a question that deserved to be answered, because really you aren't looking answers. Your post is more spam, than an actual legitimate post, with a true thought provoking question. BTW Ron Paul is an idiot!

Yeah, that's what happens in a democracy.
All of the candidates lie about the same things, and the one who spends the most money wins.

Then they continue to dig this hole we call America. Sorry if I offended anyone, but it's true.

That Ron Paul thing in your sig reminds me of the time when some moron stuck a Ron Paul pamphlet in my car door when I was seeing George Carlin at UWGB...Needless to say, I burned it.

Anyway, all presidential candidates are boring and plastic. It's a well-known fact.

I think it's called "normal people."

You know, instead of extremist lunatics which seem to be pretty popular in politics as of late...

Well, if not "normal" people, then at least more "normal" than most of the current Republican offerings...

ron paul is the only one who doesn't pander to each audience he's speaking to. he is also the most truthful by far, which for a politician is more rare than a drunk unicorn riding a dragon while bigfoot makes out with nessy.

If Hitler was truthful, I still wouldn't vote for him. I'm not comparing the two people; I'm just making a point.

Look, I'm not deluded. I may support Ron Paul, but I don't think that he has a snowball's chance in hell of actually winning the primary let alone the actual election. My post is not spam, it is a legitimate question. Why is it that the Democratic candididates are unwilling to actually stand out from one another?

i think they feel that this election is theirs to lose. after what has been going on with the bush admin these past years, i think that they feel like the people will vote the same way the did with congress, kick out the GOP and put in dems. but congress is very low in the popularity polls now

I understand the argument that you're making, but I'm still more likely to vote for someone who says what they really believe rather than one who's just telling me what I want to believe.

Just because they're "democrats" and people here that word, everyone pays closer attention unfairly just because everyone feels the Republicans screwed us up in Iraq, regardless if the candidates are any good. It's stupid. Plus Hillary has a much bigger advantage because she's a woman plus she has "Clinton" in her name...

I liked Ron Paul from the moment I heard him in the first debate; you know, before the whole Internet Phenom happened. Besides, no one actually thinks he can win; it's just good to hear an honest constitutionalists rather than a pandering politician for a change.

Yeah, this whole "constitutionalist" is just part of the fad as well. You will not find a condidate who does not support the constitution, so I'm confused why Ron Paul is trying to capitalize on something that everybody else already does, it's a little weird.

The constitution states that if a power is not specifically given to the Federal Government, then it is to be given to the states. Ron Paul is the only candidate who you ever hear say something like "the constitution doesn't say anything about this, therefore it is a state's rights issue."

WTF ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?!?!?

Are you so in the dark that you don't realize that Hillary and Rudy both stand to rape our civils rights and drive our nation into a pit of debt that may only be escaped with rescue ropes of silver spoons?

The middle and lower classes have more to lose than ever before in American history. Hillary and Rudy will destroy the constitution...period.

He also screwed up on "Where to put the nuclear waste" question... He doesn't know where, but "covered" it up by saying there "is" a way...I still cannot believe he actually supports nuclear energy as a great source of power.

Although, Hilary answered the questions in a decent manner, and they all made pretty much sense....

Yep. I only watch the debates to see Kucinich completly wipe the floor with the other candidates. He rarely gets to answer a question, and when he does he gets no time. They try to cencor him because he always intentionally stirs up the crowd, it's quite humurous. But that's because every comment he makes stands out, he's actually a honest candidate. How anyone can support someone like Hilary is beyond me.

Well good thing i'm part of the the upper middle class (thank you NYC high cost of living wages) and since a lot of people identify the upper middle class with upper class instead of middle class I think i'm good 8). Even if they do destroy the consitution Rudy is probably the only republican candidate who has a chance to be elected for president and most people will just vote for Hillary to have the first women president.

Are you willfully ignorant? Does it hurt to admit that Rudy is a member of the NWO?

He clearly had knowledge of the demolition of the twin towers on 9/11...making him part of the inside job. He stands for the dismantling of the constitution.

ARE YOU NOT AMERICAN???? Does it not bother you when everything you country was founded on is pissed all over? We are inches from tyranny and your mentality is exactly why we're so close.

Is that a joke post or are you seriously implying I'm a racist? Ehh, whatever...Obama is getting closer with some things recently but I haven't quite switched my vote yet. As for Biden I find him to have the best plans in a lot of ways and to be the most compelling speaker.

Heck yes it worked, whether he did it or not (and some of the circumstances at the Pentagon and elsewhere are certainly odd). It gave Republicans the excuse they needed to craft a fear-based anti-Constitutional agenda.

ARE YOU NOT AMERICAN???? Does it not bother you when everything you country was founded on is pissed all over? We are inches from tyranny and your mentality is exactly why we're so close.

Wake up from your delusion.

What you're saying is so incredibly laugable I'm not even going to continue beyond this post. 9/11 was caused by Muslim terrorists led by Bin Ladin, end of story get over your paranoia.

Pics or it didn't happen.

There is video footage *face palm* The planes flew INTO the towers. Then, Osama made a video trying to scare America. Did it work? Nope.

That doesn't explain why the towers turned to dust....

And...this video?

You believe in these conspiracies? A consipracy that includes a freakin Mysapce link on their website... And those pics look nothing a like...You do know you are just copying sources from people who hate the government right? Stop listening and copta/pasta, and draw your own conclusion.

That is your own dilussional perception you draw from insecurity.

Governments do NOT serve the people. People enslave themelves to governments.

I choose to recognize reality and secure my own freedom. I beg of you to do the same. Freedom is a god-given right that we all must cherish and fight to preserve.

Where did you get insecruity from? I do have another country I can go to if I am in any harm or danger... And do I feel like I'm in harm or danger? NO. That is plain ignorance you are speaking from.

Governments do not serve people? Who enforces laws? Who creates deals with other countries? How do we receive oil? That's the only thing George Bush actually did right for America. Oil. How did America get $1 billion dollars worth of oil?

Ignorance comes from lack of education, and your words scream ignorance. Please, pay attention to the news NOT anti-government people.
