Why can't I ever get a relationship with girls?

So I've had some of the worst luck I believe, often girls will tell me they like me (not a cocky statement) and some I have found attractive myself, and we talk and get to know each other better. Then everything falls apart here I can't even figure out how, this one girl in the past said she wanted a "physical" relationship from me, and I said sure. And she claimed I might take advantage of her, and I'm very very shy. Some think I purposely avoid them when I'm just busy and don't believe me. What I'm I doing wrong, I act like myself, I stay very quiet and I'm still blamed :? Asking for some future success, thanks for any help folks

Keep trying and ask some friends or siblings who are senior to you how a relationship "should" work. From the sounds of things, and no offence intended if you aren't but, you are still pretty young and don't fully know what to expect from a relationship, nor the females around you know what they should expect.

The best way of going about it is to just remain patient. I've been patient since I started puberty over 10 years ago (almost 13 to be exact) and have finally met a woman who is not only interested in me, but from what I can tell, is as interested in me as I am her. And I can very much see our relationship becoming a committed, romantic one.

Theres the problem right there. You're a unique individual, thats what everyone doesnt like. Just act like everyone else wants you to be and you'll be fine

It's much easier said than done to tell a shy person to be more outgoing. That best advice I can give is to just be yourself, AND DON'T TRY TOO HARD. Girls get turned off by guys who try to hard. Stop caring so much. If you just do what you always do while being confident in yourself (even somewhat confident), You'll be suprised with the attention you'll get. Don't go out of your way to get a girl. The last girl I dated asked me out. I was beyong shocked when that happened.

Don't go for the girls who "like the chase". They're not serious, and they most likely use you until another guy comes along that excites them even more. Then they'll ditch you like a piece of trash. They're immature. The problem is most young girls don't really want to date to be serious even when they act like it. They just want unpredicable guys who will keep them entertained and aroused (which never lasts obviously). They really don't care about strong, responsible guys who will be able to take care of them. Stop trying, be yourself, and find a girl who will want to be with you for who you are. Sorry if you already know all of this.

Patience. And some distraction from the relationship issue. If you let them come to you, half the battle is over; i.e. she actively sought you out herself. A bonus to the waiting is that you see what type of female you currently attract just being yourself. (But this requires great patience). The other item is distraction from thinking about a relationship. Sometimes females may be turned off by being persued. Be easier about approaching them, because they could be thinking "he's desperate". And that ain't never good. Go more slowly, without pressure and you'll at least make a friend. For what it's worth, my favorite girlfriends were ones I didn't even look for. I've been married to the last of those for 19 years now.

Maybe they don't all like the fact that you're very quiet. I don't think that it's a bad thing personally, but maybe they want someone a little more outgoing. I wouldn't stress over it too much, though... You still have plenty of time to find a relationship. If you stress out, it'll only get worse.t3hrubikscube

Usually its either cause your not very outgoing, don't shower enough, or a combination of both.

Hmmm, a little on the harsh and negative side, i dont think being on gamespot late at night has anything to do with your success with the ladies, basically what your saying is only nerds have gamespot and play videogames... i dont like that stereotype..

I know people will tell you "just be yourself" but thats just half true. Sure, don't try to be someone you arent, but atleast try to better yourself. If being shy isnt working for you, its probably a good sign you should try to change your game and gain some confidence. Chances are you are the problem rather than you haven't met the "right girl." My advice is improve your confidence level and then "be yourself." Yup, dont try to fake confidence, because thats stupid, actually gain confidence so its naturally a part of you.
