Well, technically, we can, but its not legal, and we'd be arrested in no time. So I guess I'm just saying it should be legal for anyone to walk around naked if they want too.

If I was president I would force congress to pass legislation that permited you to walk around naked...but only if you were an attractive female. Heck, i might mandate it.
