I used to be a big fan of Eddie Murphy and Martin Lawrence, but I have not seen them in anything good in a long time.

Because their easy roles to score for quick cash. Almost no effort is needed to act in a children's flick. All you need is a few fart jokes and someone falling down, barfing, the kids eat it up.
