Why do all of my threads fail?

It seems like every time I make a thread no one ever responds to it and barely even gets above 10 posts. Everyone elses threads get filled up fast. Is it just me or does this happen to you guys to?

I did however make a thread that got over a 1,000 posts though.

also, if your topics are failing dude, just make something that will provoke some sort of debate/argument. something controversial usually works. if that doesn't work, make a poll or something involving hot women

Somtimes I post in a thread and it dies. Sometimes I think my posts kill threads so don't be surprised if I post and then this thing dies.

You gotta make something that sparks discussion, not something like,

"Oh yea, I do that."
