They are more fake.. spend lots money on fake tans and cosmetic surgery. I wouldn't say they are better looking, they are just more likely to have work done to hide the ugliness.

I'm sure there are attractive female gamers all around the world. I would say that the stereotype of girls from california (in general) is healthy, fit and tan. Doesn't mean they all are though.
