I see it all the time on younger guys, I would never do it, it looks stupid, but why do they do it OT?

Because we spend so much money on our cool underwear people need to see them.
Mine toady have glow in the dark sheep!
Because they am cool.
... But really, I only have my pants at a slight downward angle in the back, just to give my junk and arse some additional comfort. (I wear a belt; so it's impossible to lower them any extent...)
I wear skinny jeans too, but nothing near skin tight, and nothing that is at all restricting in the junk. If I need to sag them below my hips, I'm doing it wrong. I just prefer to have my pant legs not go over my shoes, and not to have too much extra fabric flailing about.
[QUOTE="xaos"]To tantalize me?DJ_LaeI actually made a post about it providing quick and easy access (like girls with skirts and nothing underneath) but deleted it as it was a bit too crass. I am glad to have provided a springboard for you to revivify the post
To be "cool" or gangster.Link334I miss the old school ganster look, when even the gansters dressed respectable.

When did gansters start wearing pants that chocked them and made them look so harmless
I know a gangster who wore his pants so high, he looked like Erkle, but nobody ever say a thing to him ( too afraid I guess ), next thing you know they will be wearing them high trying to copy him.Because we spend so much money on our cool underwear people need to see them.

agree.
They think that everyone wants to see their ass/boxers hanging out of their pants. It looks extremely uncomfortable to me, and not to mention oh so juvenile.

They do it to either...
A) Be cool.
B) Show off for chicks.
I remember seeing a group of guys in the middle of town with their pants nearly half way down, almost showing the thigh. They looked pretty stupid.
Legend has it that a long time ago, when one went to prison, they did not get belts, and their pants would sag. When folks got out of jail, and wanted to show their BAMFness they would sag their pants. It became a trend over time and now every single person who thinks they are a gangster does this to an absurd degree.
The same general reason women wore heavy corsets that restricted their movement in the 19th century.
Its fashion.
99.99% of the time, fashion is not very practical.
I was at the mall a few weeks ago and there was this guy with his GF, babymama, whatever. He was pushing a stroller while she looked at clothes and he was sagging low and then all the sudden he pants dropped to the floor it was funny as hell. How do you look cool standing in public in your underwear?
It's called fashion.I see it all the time on younger guys, I would never do it, it looks stupid, but why do they do it OT?

True. Whenever I see some chick wearing one of those tiny denim jackets, the ones that have 1/2 length sleeves and not enough material to button up, I just want to say, "I hope things pick up for you, so you can buy a whole jacket."99.99% of the time, fashion is not very practical.

I though it was cool when I was younger. Baggy clothing was the trend in the 90s, I just laugh when I see someone in baggy clothes now.

My understanding is that saggy pants was how you showed you were 'open for business' in prison.

Not what I've heard. Just that you went to prison, nothing to do with orientation. If this was the case I doubt it would be popular in public.
Nope, it was to say that you were looking for a mate in prison. The idiots that never went to prison don't realize it, and just do it because gangsters from prisons wore it in public. .[QUOTE="Jph625"][QUOTE="aransom"]
