Why do I get responses from 50 year old women on Craig's List?

I'm 24. So I would assume when people read my personal ads that they'll assume I want to be with a female within my age range....24 or younger would be perfect.

Yet so far a 51 year old and a 44 year old have responded! Does anyone else have this problem when they use CL?
