Why do people make fun of jewish people?

Because it's funny.

Seriously, it is, but it's just as funny as making fun of any 'race'. Just live with it, everyone makes fun of everyone, but everyone isn't necessarily racist. It's just for a good laugh. I don't mind when people make fun of me, me and my friends always joke around about our origins. If it's used offensively, then it's wrong.

The same reason ppl make fun of all stupid sterotypes...its funny...

South Park uses Cartman not to make fun of Jewish people, but to point how ridiculas it is to make those kinds of jokes. They do it with a lot of stereotypes. They make fun of the stereotype and not the race/religion itself.

As for everyone else? Well it depends. Sometimes it's the same situation, but quite often there's some racial discrimination behind the jokes.

So what if they put down a group the fact is that people do not really exist in these sterotypes but people still know of the sterotypes and that makes the joke.

Hitler was most the most evil people who ever walked this earth he thought jews to be less then human and killed countless amounts and managed to take over europe you can call him many things but not stupid.

He definitly was a very evil person, but no way one of the worst, unless you're talking about modern society. You probably can't compare him to people from before the 20th century. Protestant killings ring a bell? Slaves in Ancient Greece? Hell, we could even talk about soviet russia and the goulag. In now way was hitler one of the worst. Hehe, there are probably hundreads of kings/emperors/religious entities that are worse than hitler I am in no way defending him, but simply correcting your statement.

So let's get this right I am an english man and I watch american TV there are lots of jokes about us having bad teeth. So anybody who laughs at these jokes belives that all english people have bad teeth and so by defination are stupid.
