It's actually "car-mull", unless you're in a Snickers commercial.
Its car-a-melsome people say car-mull and some say it car-a-mel. it really depends where you are located and how everyone in that area pronounces it.

Whatever, some say toe-mate-O some sayTah-mot-O. Here in Ohio they pronounce it Nev-a-da or Nev-ah-da. Some people pronunce Reading rade-ing. It's just the way their dialect is.
