An example is a women sued a guy for loaning a car she bought for him through a verbal agreement, their relationship was purely for $ex and what I consider a stupid mistake is it can cost more to go to court than what you'd get from the reward of trial. She only got $900 from her car she was suing over.
wel its pretty much Americans wanting money... one guy sued a dry cleaner for losing his pants. apparently the pants cost $600 and he sued them for 60 something million... he later lowered it to 40 something million because he sed 60 was too excesive... so yeah, that's pretty stupid..i'm not sure how it settled though.

They just sued the guys who made Grand Theft Auto San Andreas for the hot coffee thing, and now are giving people refunds because of something that happend years ago, and nobody cares about anymore. >__>
